Returns

Return Policy:

  1. Return items will only be accepted with a material return authorization number (MRA). Credit will not be issued without an MRA number.
  2. Customer is responsible for freight incurred on refused shipments.
  3. Call our office at 800-638-4525 for authorization and provide the following information:
    1. Invoice number
    2. Part number and quantity to be returned
    3. Reason for return
  4. Request for returns must be made within 30 days from date of shipping.
  5. There will be a 20% restocking charge on all returned items or refused shipments other than warranty parts or shipping errors. Customer will pay all shipping charges for returned parts.

Important Notice:

We have a no-return policy on electrical parts. It is important that customers verify the correct information before ordering parts as to proper model, voltage, part number, etc.
